Very clean and warm rooms, good breakfast

It is difficult to park your car near the hotel, spa and pool services are not in the price, you have to pay extra for pool, slives, bathrobe, sauna. In check out you must pay in leva or credit, not in euro.

The hotel is pleasant, has efficient staff at all times. The rooms are a nice size on the upper floors. The location of the venue in Bansko is good, not far from all the attraction in the are, Very close to all the shop and gondola and bars and restaurants. Plus, it is set 2 km from Bansko Municipality.

Their breakfast is poor, can be way much better.

This place is in a great location, close to all the attractions, the town center, and the ski slopes, and the rooms are nicely furnished with wifi.

The room we stayed in was well-furnished and had a lovely breeze, plus they provided coffee, and the breakfast offered a variety of tasty meats suitable for all preferences.

Great service, good spa center, good breakfast, friendly staff. I was compensated for the mansard room with late checkout.

The first night stayed in an mansard room, which was smaller, with smaller bathroom, no hair dryer in the bathroom and the price was the same as normal room. The cleaning staff got into the room with the Do Not Disturb sign on the door.

I liked the spacious rooms, the cleanliness of the hotel and the free wi - fi!!

I did not like the fact that I had to pay for some extra services which in other hotels are free , such as the use of the swimming pool.

The location here is fantastic with the gondola lift nearby, and you can enjoy salads and soup at the lobby bar.

The hotel was incredibly friendly and beautiful. It was in a central location on the mountain, very close to the center and gondola, as well as a clinic in Bansko. the breakfast was lovely, and the service was terrific in my opinion. the room was adequate and great on the upper floors.

The setting is excellent and unbeatable, so close to the Old Town which is beautiful. One of the tourist spots - Bansko Ski Resort - is not too far from the hotel. the units were well-equipped and nicely furnished with wifi.

The location of the hotel is great, it is near the ski lift. The staff is friendly and willing to help.

Bathrobes are charging 10 eur in a hotel with 4 stars!

staff hardly helps you if you ask about Bansko. Pool was cold!

Staff were not able to handle issues with making payment, when their card system was down, they demanded cash payment!
